Have You Learned How to Quickly Select Photos in iOS 9? [Just-A-Tip]

Previously we shared with you a great way to use new gesture controls while viewing your photos, but iOS 9 has another trick up its sleeve.

If you’ve ever tried to select multiple photos on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you know how frustrating and time consuming it is to select each photo one by one. In iOS 9 you can select multiple photos quickly which allows you to share or delete pictures at rapid speed.

To take advantage of this new feature simply tap Select when in an album and tap a photo. Without removing your finger from the screen, slide it across photos you want to select. If those photos you want to select aren’t next to one another, you can remove you finger from the screen, scroll to find and tap a different photo and now slide your finger across neighboring photos to select them too.iOS-9-Photo-Select-Feature

After you’re done selecting photos tap the share or delete button at the bottom of the screen or select cancel to undo your selections.

I’ve used this feature numerous times since installing iOS 9 and it’s awesome. It allows me to quickly AirDrop photos to  my MacBook Pro or iPad. This is one of those features that once you use it, you’ll never want to live without it. Try it now on your iOS 9 device, it’s so simple but so convenient!
